BCC Announces 2023 Black College World Series Bracket

Double-Elimination Tournaments Conclude Saturday, May 13

POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA - Rust, Wiley Paine, and Florida Memorial join Albany State in the four-team NAIA bracket for the 2023 Black College World Series (BCWS), as announced by Black College Championships (BCC).

The double-elimination tournament will take place from May 10-13, 2023, at Riverwalk Stadium in Montgomery, Alabama, the home of the Tampa Bay Rays Double-A affiliate Montgomery Biscuits.

Albany State, the winner of the NCAA DII bracket, will face the winner of the Florida Memorial vs. Rust College matchup in the championship game on Saturday, May 13. The rain date for the tournament is scheduled for May 14th.

Edward Waters Advances in NCAA DII Bracket

In other action, Edward Waters defeated Savannah State 33-14 and 9-5 on Thursday to advance in the NCAA DII bracket. Anthony Roman and Erickson Matos each drove in three runs for Edward Waters.
